The staff here was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

The young lady at the front desk was very helpful, we were early but she expedited the cleaning of a room, She also recommended a very, very good restaurant and gave us perfect directions to get there for dinner.

The continental breakfast has a good selection, I can recommend it. The location of the venue is marvelous and stunning, not far from the regional tournament, the soccer fields, and restaurants. One of the tourist spots - White Mountain Mall - is just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel, liked that.

Very clean. Nice room. Internet was great. Love the pool and hot tub - just what the doctor ordered after a long day of driving.

Didn't seem to matter what shift it was - the front desk staff was not very friendly at all. Several times I walked by and they couldn't even look up and bother to say hi or even smile. Must be a management/training issue.

The rooms are large and newly furnished with good-sized TVs and a variety of channels. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is beautiful, with easy access to a restaurant, the regional tournament, and Rock Springs, WY. The hotel is conveniently situated just 1 mile from White Mountain Mall. Whenever I am in Rock Springs, this is my go-to place.

This place was very clean. The workers were very nice. The price we payed was very good at that time. I would recommend this place to a friend.

the pillows didn't have much filling in them even though they were big but that's just our opinion. To have breakfast We would have to go to the restaurant that's a joined to the hotel which We didn't try. But did try dinner in the Restaurant that was real good.

The management was great, the staff was the best trained I've been around, happy all the time, they all went way out of there way to make you feel at home while on the road. I liked the restaurant on the property, especially since when we arrived all we wanted to do was eat and go to bed.

I really enjoyed my stay here - it was peaceful and just what I needed. The rooms are spacious and come with everything you need like AC, lots of TV channels, and a mini-fridge. The staff here is super nice and made me feel right at home. 😊

Great place to stay in Rock Springs! Clean, Comfy, and a Great Staff. Also has a great gift/snack shop that is open 24hrs, so convenient! Definitely will stay here again when passing through Wyoming next time.

Restaurant was better than we expected, and the free drink was a nice touch. The little shop came in handy, and was staffed with a very friendly woman. This trip we also got a room with a door open directly to the outside, which was handy for the dogs.

Woman at initial check-in did not give us the usual dog kits with bags and treats and a water bowl. The 10% coupon is not much incentive to eat at the restaurant from breakfast, as a full restaurant breakfast is also a significant time expense over the usual casual breakfast bar.
